Bay Orthodontics is the Bay of Plenty's largest specialist Orthodontic provider with 2 highly skilled Orthodontists and an amazing support team. We are based in the sunny beachside city of Tauranga with satellite clinics in Rotorua and Whakatane. We have a long history of providing exceptional orthodontic treatment and care for our patients. 

Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to join the team/ family at Bay Orthodontics. We are looking for a fantastic, friendly and self motivated team member who strives to provide outstanding patient care and create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.  

The hours are: 

• Monday 7.45am- 2pm
• Tuesday 7.45am- 2pm
• Wednesday 7.45am- 2pm 

Must have flexibility to cover other days/ hours if required. 

Qualifications

• Highly organized with a focus on providing a high standard of patient care.
• A friendly, professional and empathetic manner.
• Excellent reliability, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist/ administration role, ideally in a healthcare setting. 
• Proficient computer skills are essential, managing patient files, appointments, scheduling over our multi-site locations.
