The role is primarily responsible for receiving calls/emails to the Aristocrat Service line and creating and allocating service jobs to the Service Technicians nationwide.

The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for updating and monitoring all field service jobs in Salesforce, providing customer key metrics reports, and tracking the call system.

What You'll Do

  • Answering all calls to Aristocrat 0800 service line and email job requests in a timely fashion

  • Create and allocate all service jobs Salesforce to relevant field technicians within agreed timeframes

  • Scheduling and allocation of all sales-related jobs to the correct technician in conjunction with the Service manager's calendars.

  • Close off all Manual and Task finished jobs daily and ensure any relevant information is captured and passed to the correct parties.

  • Reporting and Monitoring of Service Calls, Open call reports, Contract reports for Service, and ad-hoc non-contract Billing reports as requested. Raise Purchase orders for the Service team if and when required.

  • Assist with requests from the business for assistance with general upkeep within the Office e.g. ordering stock, replenishing kitchen and office supplies.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 years of proven experience in Customer Support & Administration.

  • Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, and Salesforce and adaptable to learning additional software programs when needed.

  • Experience working within a team environment.

  • Gaming machine operations knowledge/experience is desirable though training will be provided.
